An Palestinian-American adolescent having endured nine months in Israel's custody without charge gained freedom.

Mohammed Ibrahim had just turned 15 when he was arrested in February within the occupied West Bank, while he was vacationing while residing in Florida for allegedly throwing stones at Jewish settlers, which he previously denied.

United States authorities said it welcomed the teenager's freedom.

Now sixteen years old, was taken to hospital for treatment immediately after release, relatives told the media.

They said he is pale, underweight, and experiencing medical problems acquired while detained.

Via family representatives, Mohammed's uncle conveyed their "overwhelming sense of relief".

The uncle, Zeyad Kadur described how relatives endured "surviving a terrible, unending nightmare" during the entire detention period.

"Right now, we are focused on getting Mohammed prompt healthcare necessary for his recovery after experiencing Israel's abuse and cruel circumstances for months."

US officials said it would continue to extend consular services for the Ibrahim family.

{"US government authorities has no higher priority than the safety and security for United States citizens"," officials stated.

A group of American legislators had signed a letter to diplomatic officials and the White House, demanding more be done for his freedom.

Mr Ibrahim, parent of four children operating an ice cream shop in Florida, previously said Mohammed acknowledged allegations regarding stone throwing because the soldiers beat him.

He had not seen or spoken to Mohammed following the detention, receiving updates exclusively about his son's condition in detention through court documents.

Mohammed was held lacking indictment in Ofer prison on the West Bank.

The facility also contains mature inmates, including individuals found guilty regarding severe security violations and murder.

Approximately 350 Palestinian child security detainees currently imprisoned in Israel, based on prison authority data.

Several lack formal charges along with monitoring agencies, and international organizations, report instances of physical abuse and torture.

Subsequent to his liberation, family representatives announced relatives would persist in advocating seeking justice for their relative family member Sayfollah.

The dual national youth per medical officials was beaten to death by Israeli settlers during a confrontation in July.

Initially, the Israeli military said authorities were looking into reports a Palestinian civilian was deceased.

The two cousins had worked together at their family's ice cream business in Tampa, Florida.

No charges have been filed with Sayfollah's killing.

"We expect United States leadership to protect our families," Mr Kadur said.
