Mohamed Salah Issues Apology to Liverpool Dressing Room, Discloses Curtis Jones
Curtis Jones has disclosed that the Egyptian forward expressed regret to the group of players after the controversy from his televised remarks.

Salah was left out from a key Champions League match subsequent to criticising the club and stating his rapport with Arne Slot had deteriorated.
“Salah is an individual and he can say his own stuff,” Jones revealed. “He apologised to us and was like: ‘If I’ve affected anybody, I'm sorry.’”
The head coach has chosen not to comment publicly on whether he was apologised to from the player.
Moving Forward
Jones insisted that the dressing room atmosphere was unchanged. “He was the exact same Mo, he had a big smile on his face and it was business as usual,” he continued.
He also noted that a competitor wanting to play is a positive trait. “I get that there are different methods you can go about things,” he said. “However, if a player is content to just be on the bench, then I think that’s more of an issue.”
On-Field Response
Their results have stayed unbeaten in the matches since the situation. He feels the outburst were not intended to harm the team.
“In moments of frustration, the source has been from a place of caring,” the midfielder stated. “That chapter is closed and we’re building chemistry, getting results and starting to win games.”
