The young golfer will have numerous prominent cheerleaders when she starts her LPGA debut this Thursday.

This teenage golfer, who happens to be related to a former US president, obtained a special exemption to play at the Annika competition in the Sunshine State.

The former president, a passionate golfer, owns several international courses and often matches against his granddaughter.

"He's fairly competent. I can't say much but we play tight competitions," she revealed.

The golfer shared that Trump, who won't be present, advised her: "Just stay calm."

"He basically told me to play and enjoy myself," she continued.

"From my perspective, he's just a regular grandfather. He's not attending for the tournament. He's occupied with presidential duties, making him rather occupied."

As an amateur, the golfer has played in only three events recently and has ranking 461 in AJGA rankings.

However she can get advice from golf legend, in a relationship with Vanessa.

"He represents the greatest golfer in the world," Kai expressed.

"Furthermore, he's a superior individual. He advised me to go out there, relax, and go with the flow."

She'll challenge some of the biggest names in the sport at this tournament, such as world number two the champion, England's golfer Hull, professional Thompson and 2023 champion Lilia Vu.

Tournament organizers mentioned that Kai's presence helps introduce the sport to new audiences, especially among the next generation.

The social media influencer maintains millions of followers and just introduced a personal apparel and wellness company.

The competition starts at 5:30 PM GMT.
